Terms of Trade & Distribution Policy

1. Commercial Account Qualification

All wholesale purchase orders placed with Queen of Global Luxury LLC are subject to commercial qualification. Wholesale pricing matrices are extended exclusively to verified business entities presenting a valid Federal Tax ID (EIN), State Resale Certificate, or international business registration.

2. Quotations & Price Validity

Official quotations issued by our commercial department are valid for thirty (30) business days from issuance unless explicitly stated otherwise in written agreement. We reserve the right to adjust tier matrices due to raw material fluctuations or transport tariffs upon invoice renewal.

3. Freight, Shipping & Incoterms

Unless otherwise negotiated, standard wholesale shipments originating from our primary logistics center in Pooler, GA or partner terminals near the Port of Savannah are executed under FOB (Free On Board) Origin terms.

Risk of loss and title for merchandise transfer to the buyer upon handoff to the designated ocean container line, air freight handler, or motor carrier. International customs duties and import tariffs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

4. Quality Control & Inspection Period

Merchandise undergoes strict pre-shipment quality verification. Buyers are granted a seven (7) business day inspection window following delivery receipt to file claims for shipping discrepancies or transit damages. Claims must include full photographic documentation.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Trade and all associated commercial agreements shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States of America. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts in Chatham County, Georgia.
